Set in the actual town clerk’s office just footsteps away from Rockwell’s first Stockbridge studio on Main Street, the couple featured in this beloved illustration were actually engaged at the time, and were still married until their deaths. This authorized reproduction bears a printed signature by Norman Rockwell that looks like it was hand signed. If this lithograph was hand signed by Rockwell, it would be worth about $10,000.
