Alexander Borewko was born in Minsk, Belarus in 1960. In 1982 Alexander successfully accomplished his studies in A. Hlebaw Minsk School of Art and 1987 Academy of Art Republic Belarus. He studied architecture and was engaged in restoration of Russian works of Art from the middle ages.
In the late 1990’s he left Belarus and settled in Paris. There he was inspired by the work of the Late Impressionists.
In 1992 Alexander immigrated to Israel and he continues painting in watercolor and oil with rich textures.
